About UsCAPEC is a non-profit organisation established to represent the interests of the world’s leading integrated express delivery service companies:
Our Mission CAPEC works closely with governments and regulatory authorities in Australia and New Zealand to further the interests of the express industry and to facilitate trade expansion and economic growth in both countries. Board of Directors The CAPEC Board of Directors consists of the Managing Directors or Senior Executives of each respective founding member’s company (four in total). The CAPEC board elect a Chairperson to chair all board meeting. The CAPEC board of Directors have overall authority to set the agenda, objective and budget of CAPEC. Secretary The secretary support the Board of Directors in the daily running of CAPEC activities, ensuring CAPEC meet all statutory requirements and co-ordination of Board Meeting and Annual General Meeting. CAPEC Security Sub-Committee The security sub-committee consists of security managers of each founding member’s company. The security sub-committee’s role is to lobby on behalf of CAPEC and to work with governments and regulatory authorities in Australia and New Zealand to further the interests of the express industry. |
